  • Dr. Alan Peterson DVM

    Dr. Peterson received his undergraduate training at Columbia University, and earned a Master of Science degree from Ohio State University in 1981. He has worked his entire veterinary career at Community Animal Hospital since graduating from the OSU School of Veterinary Medicine in 1985. Dr. Peterson enjoys small animal medicine and surgery, and is trained in animal chiropractic. His wife, Dr. Jan Robinson, is also a veterinarian, and performs ultrasounds for the practice.

  • Dr. Rebecca Rider DVM

    Dr. Rider completed her undergraduate studies at SUNY Oneonta and received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine from Purdue in 2012. She has a special interest in shelter medicine, emergency medicine, and surgery. Outside the office she enjoys knitting, crocheting, sewing, hiking, biking, and spending time with her 4 cats.

  • Dr. Rosphorn Busayawatanasood DVM

    Dr. Rosie completed her undergraduate studies at Adelphi University and received a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine at Cornell University in Ithaca in 2010. She completed a year of general small animal rotating internship and then a year of Ophthalmology specific internship at Long Island Veterinary Specialist between 2010 - 2012. She recently moved to Dutchess County from Long Island in February 2016 and is excited to explore upstate NY. She has a special interest in ophthalmology and internal medicine. Her household includes her fiancĂ© JP, 2 cats Jellie and Pixie, and 2 rabbits Lola and Gizmo.

  • Dr. Melissa Pelesz DVM

    Dr. Pelesz, a native of Poughkeepsie and having graduated from Spakenkill High School, returns to the Hudson Valley after practicing in the Central and Western parts of New York State and South Jersey. Dr. Pelesz graduated magna cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross in Worcester, MA before attending Cornell University College of Veterinary Medicine in the class of 2006. She completed a small animal medical and surgical internship in 2007-2008 at Cornell's Companion Animal Hospital. Dr. Pelesz has interests in emergency, surgery, and neurology and a particular interest in the client, patient and doctor bond that can be formed in an effort to provide good quality and compassionate care. Outside the hospital, Dr. Pelesz enjoys dancing, gardening, and spending time with her three daughters and beagle, Newton.

  • Dr. Anastasia Warzinski DVM

    Dr. Warzinski is from Virginia, but has lived in Massachusetts, New Mexico and Pennsylvania. She graduated from University College Dublin for veterinary school and University of Virginia for undergrad. She has an Everglades rat snake named Bellatrix. When not working she enjoys swing dancing, reading, listening to podcasts, traveling, cooking and skiing.
